International Data Transfers
For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we use Auth0, a
third-party authentication service based in the United States, to manage
login processes. This involves transferring your login data, such as your
email address and password, to the U.S., which is a country that does not
have an adequacy decision under GDPR. To ensure your data is protected
during this transfer, we have entered into a Data Processing Addendum
(DPA) with Auth0 that incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
approved by the European Commission. These SCCs provide a legal framework
to safeguard your data in compliance with GDPR requirements.
